This platform-style disinfection tray is ideal for use in small to medium-sized facilities in the pharmaceutical, meat, and food industry that place a high priority on maintaining the highest hygiene standards. In larger facilities with hygiene zones, this disinfection tray is also suitable for shoe disinfection at side entrances and at passageways between different areas of the protected zone.

Disinfection trays offer a cost-effective yet highly efficient way to disinfect the soles of shoes and boots before entering sensitive production areas. To enter the hygiene area, employees must walk through the disinfection tray, which is filled with the disinfectant solution of your choice. As they do so, employees walk on a slip-resistant stainless steel grating located below the level of the disinfectant liquid. As they walk through the basin, the soles of their shoes and the edges of their boots automatically come into contact with the disinfectant multiple times. This ensures that the soles and sole edges are thoroughly disinfected. The disinfection basin can be used with boots, clogs, and work shoes.

The disinfection tub is equipped with a standpipe valve that prevents the disinfectant solution from overflowing during use. To empty the tub, the standpipe valve can simply be removed, and the liquid drains out in a matter of moments. Upon request, the basin can be equipped with an automatic dosing pump, which automatically ensures the correct fill level and concentration of the disinfectant solution.

The grating can be easily removed for quick and easy cleaning of the tub . In addition, the disinfection tub can be leveled to suit the existing conditions using its four screw-in feet. Thanks to the use of high-quality, brushed stainless steel, the disinfection tub is extremely robust and offers exceptional durability.
