How do I get a quote for a product?

Please open the desired product and use the “Request a quote” function. The product, version, options and quantities are then automatically transferred.

Why can't I start the quote request directly via the contact page?

Requests for quotations are product-related. Without prior product selection, important information on the desired version, quantity and configuration is missing.

I have a query about an order. What should I specify?

If possible, please state your order number, offer number or the e-mail address you used to place the order or make the enquiry. This will enable us to allocate your query more quickly.
