To clean the apron, hang the soiled rubber apron on the hook and spread it out. The spray nozzle then allows for easy and convenient pre-cleaning to remove coarse debris. The apron can then be thoroughly cleaned by hand using the water-fed hand-washing brush. As the hard nylon bristles of the hand-washing brush scrub the apron, even the most stubborn dirt is rinsed away by the running water in just a few moments.
The boot sole cleaner is activated by pressing the manual button on the support bracket , which starts the rotating brush. As the boot soles rub against the high-quality, stiff nylon bristles, all dirt is scrubbed off the soles. While the brushes are rotating, a mixture of water and detergent is continuously sprayed onto the brushes via a spray bar, ensuring perfectly clean boot soles. The detergent dosage can be adjusted to meet the specific needs of the business.
Once the sole has been cleaned, the boot can be placed on the stainless steel footrest. Using the water-fed hand brush, the edges of the soles, the tops, and the boot shafts can then be thoroughly cleaned. The used water is collected in the spacious collection basin below the footrest and the roller brush and automatically discharged into the wastewater system.
Thanks to the use of high-quality 1.4301 stainless steel, the apron and boot washing station is exceptionally durable. Its functional and hygienic design makes cleaning the unit very easy and time-saving. The roller brush can be removed in just a few simple steps, and the unit itself can be easily hosed down with a water hose.
