Boot Washer 100-013

The 100-013 boot washer is a compact, professional boot washing machine designed to clean boot soles, boot shafts, and uppers. It is ideal for smaller production facilities in the food industry and for slaughterhouses. The combination of mechanical sole cleaning and manual cleaning of the boot shafts enables efficient boot cleaning while complying with the strictest hygiene regulations. The use of high-quality stainless steel (1.4301) ensures the boot washing machine’s exceptional durability and longevity.

To start cleaning the boots, the push button in the handle must be activated manually. This automatically starts the rotation of the roller brush. You can then place your foot on the footrest located above the roller brush. The stiff nylon bristles of the sole cleaning brush, which extend beyond the footrest, thoroughly scrub all dirt from the soles of the boots. Throughout the entire process, a nozzle assembly sprays water onto the roller brush. An integrated injector continuously mixes detergent into the fresh water. Using the various nozzle sizes provided, the concentration of the detergent can be adjusted to meet the individual needs of each facility.

Once the soles have been cleaned, the boot can be placed on the second step. Using the water-fed hand-washing brush, the boot shafts, the top of the boot, and, if necessary, other pieces of equipment can then be thoroughly washed. Under running fresh water, the stiff nylon bristles of the hand brush remove all debris from the boots. The used water is collected in a catch basin beneath the footrests and automatically discharged into the wastewater system.

The compact boot washer is ready to plug in, but the siphon, gaskets, and small parts are not included in the scope of delivery. To get the boot washer up and running, simply connect it to a water supply and drain. The legs are already prepared for bolting to the floor upon delivery.
