A capacitive sensor is mounted on the top of the shoe polisher’s 79-cm-high housing, which responds to even the lightest touch of the hand. The sensor activates the 230-volt motor, which runs at 1,200 revolutions per minute, and automatically shuts the machine off after 60 seconds thanks to a built-in timer . This prevents unnecessary wear and tear, power consumption, and noise.

As a first step, the user can remove coarse dirt from the sole using the 6 red sole scrapers. The sole scrapers are embedded in a removable honeycomb mat, which can be easily taken out for cleaning the shoe shine machine. With a quick flick of the wrist, the shoe shine machine is then started, and the three round brushes begin to rotate. As the men’s shoe rubs against the horsehair bristles of the pre-cleaning brush, dust, dirt, and coarse debris are thoroughly and gently removed from the upper.
