Double-lane entry control device

The Double-lane entry control device is a high-quality, professional entry control system designed for facilities with high to very high employee traffic during shift changes. Thanks to the dual-path, tamper-proof two-hand disinfection system, many people can thoroughly disinfect their hands in a short amount of time before entering sensitive production areas. The dual-lane entry control system with a hand sanitizing module stands out for its superior craftsmanship and the use of high-quality materials, which ensure exceptional durability and longevity even with daily use by large numbers of people.

In the standard configuration, both lanes are set up as entry control hygiene stations with hand sanitizer stations. Alternatively, soap dispensers can be installed in place of the hand sanitizer stations (see Options).

When the hand sanitizer dispenser is ready for use, the indicator light turns red. The employee then places their hands into the disinfection stations. Sensors detect the hands and ensure they remain in place throughout the entire disinfection process. Full-cone spray nozzles are then used to completely and thoroughly coat the hands with the disinfectant. Thanks to a sophisticated dosing system, the amount of disinfectant can be adjusted to the specific conditions of the application area.

Once the sensors have confirmed that the disinfection process is complete, the sturdy stainless steel turnstile is unlocked. To indicate that the hygiene area is accessible, the indicator light changes from red to green. As soon as the employee has entered the sensitive production area, the indicator light switches back to red to signal to the next employee that the system is ready for use. The multifunctional LED display also provides information on the cleaning solution’s fill level and any malfunctions.

In the dual-lane system, both lanes are equipped with hand sanitizer dispensers or hand soap dispensers, and the system is used on both sides as described. Toward the exit, the turnstile can be configured to remain locked or unlocked at all times. In the two-lane version, a tamper-proof commercial hand wash sink or hand sanitizing module is installed only in the entry lane. The exit lane features a mechanical turnstile that can only be passed through in the direction of the exit. The Entry control system is supplied as standard without a document tray or canister holder; however, these are available separately as accessories (see below).

The double-lane entry control device is ready for connection; however, the siphon, backflow preventer, gaskets, and small parts, as well as on-site installation, are not included in the price. Installation is very simple when following our instructions and can be performed, for example, by a local plumbing company. Delivery is made on a pallet by truck to the curb.
