The Electrically Heated Shoe Dryer combats moisture in shoes, gloves, and boots.

The shoe dryer reliably dries the inside of footwear by having the heated brackets radiate heat into the shoe. The heat removes both moisture that has penetrated the shoes and foot sweat. This shoe and boot dryer is ideal for gently drying ski boots, snowboard boots, and other athletic shoes in hotels, vacation rentals, chalets, and private homes. In addition, this shoe dryer is ideal for drying heavy-duty work boots used in the construction industry, by firefighters, police, the military, in agriculture, horticulture, and other fields.

This shoe dryer is a cost-effective alternative to a hot-air dryer. The tubular racks are electrically heated; no fan is required. We recommend this model especially for rooms where the room temperature is below 10°C. This is because a shoe dryer with a fan is not effective at such room temperatures, as the fan would not be able to reach the desired drying temperature.

The special shape of the brackets offers the following possibilities and advantages:

• Easily hang ski boots, half-boots, children’s shoes, athletic shoes, and mid-calf boots (e.g., hiking boots, combat boots)
• Efficient drying, since the toe of the shoe is facing upward
• This prevents shoes from tipping over

The electrically heated shoe dryer is designed for wall mounting. The stainless steel panels are timer-controlled (timer and power cord included; ready to plug into a 230-volt outlet). The power cord is approximately 1.80 m long and is located at the top center of the unit. The 24-hour timer allows you to set when and for how long the drying cycle should run. For example, you can program it so that the shoe dryer always starts at night, allowing it to run on cheaper off-peak electricity.

Optionally, this shoe dryer can be equipped with a weekly timer instead of the standard 24-hour timer. With this timer, the drying time and duration can be programmed for up to 7 days. The timer can be set in 2-hour increments. Since the shoe dryer is programmed for an entire week, you can be sure it won’t consume unnecessary electricity over the weekend. Additionally, there’s no need to cancel the program before the weekend or reprogram it at the start of the week. Furthermore, the shoe dryer can be equipped with an on/off switch (see accessories below), which allows the boot dryer to be turned off completely. However, this switch can only be installed during the cabinet’s production, as retrofitting is not possible.

The Electrically Heated Shoe Dryer is delivered on a pallet, ready to plug in. Delivery is by truck to the curb. On-site installation is not included in the price. However, wall mounting is extremely easy thanks to the included installation instructions (template) for drilling the mounting holes, which also include the necessary screws and anchors.
