Stainless Steel Hand Wash Basin

Our stainless steel hand wash basin is a professional wash trough that is ideal for smaller businesses in the food industry or institutional food service. The sink is made entirely of high-quality, durable stainless steel and is designed for easy wall mounting. It is characterized by a long service life even under the rigors of daily industrial use.

The hand wash basin is available with either sensor control or a knee valve to activate the water flow (see options). The touchless operation ensures that employees have perfectly clean hands after using the hand wash basin. When combined with one of our soap dispensers and automatic hand dryers, this hand wash basin becomes a complete system for proper handwashing in food-processing facilities (see Accessories).

Depending on the version selected, the fresh water flow is activated differently. In the version with a knee valve, the employee uses their knee to activate the mechanical valve mounted on the front panel. This causes water to flow from the faucet, allowing the employee to wash their hands. In the version with an integrated proximity sensor, the sink automatically detects an employee’s presence and immediately starts the water flow. The duration of the fresh water flow can be preset and adjusted to meet the individual needs of each facility. It is ideal to combine this with one of our soap dispensers and automatic hand dryers. This transforms this easy-to-use and cost-effective hand wash basin into a complete solution for hygienically sound handwashing.

This hand wash trough is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel . It features a robust design and a very long service life. The sink also features a chrome-plated faucet and aerator. Thanks to the built-in temperature mixing valve, the water temperature can be adjusted continuously. Upon request, the sink can be equipped with an instantaneous water heater and an anti-Legionella control system.

The hand wash basin is ready for installation and comes with an aerator, faucet, sensor, and temperature-mixing valve. However, the trap, angle valves, and backflow preventer, as well as any work to be performed on-site, are not included in the scope of delivery.
