Boot and Work Shoe Washer

The boot and work shoe washer allows you to clean boots (right) and work shoes (left) at the same time. Work shoes and boots are often worn, especially in the construction industry and at gardening centers. That is why Blue Level has designed a combination machine that can thoroughly clean both heavily soiled work shoes and boots. Thanks to its high-quality, 2mm-thick stainless steel sheet and extremely robust construction, this professional boot and work shoe washing system is ideal for intensive, long-term, and daily use in the construction industry, landscaping, maintenance depots, or by emergency services.

The work shoe cleaning station (left) features low-mounted spray bars with water nozzles, a special upward splash guard (protective plate), and an additional valve for regulating the water flow. In addition, the spray bars can be rotated by hand, allowing the direction of the water jet to be adjusted. This ensures a thorough wet cleaning of work shoes without water getting on pants or socks. Wet clothing is prevented by the unique system of our work shoe washing stations. The work shoe cleaning station is also equipped with a specially designed floor brush featuring taller bristles on the sides. Water is directed via the low-mounted, swiveling spray bars onto the bristles of the sole-cleaning brush and the work shoe. Thanks to the flowing water and the friction created as the shoe rubs against the special floor brush, even the coarsest dirt is removed from the soles and sole edges of the work shoes in just a few moments.

The boot cleaning station (on the right) is equipped with three permanently installed brushes designed for optimal cleaning of boot soles and edges. Here, too, water is sprayed onto the bristles and boots through small spray nozzles. Unlike the washing station for work shoes, the spray bars here are mounted higher so that water can reach the edges of the boots. When the boot is rubbed against the bottom brush and the side brushes, the dirt comes off easily in no time. This process removes all dirt from the sole, tread, and sole edges.

Both cleaning stations are equipped with a raised, removable grating that serves as a platform for manually cleaning the boot shafts and the uppers of work shoes. Using one of the two water-fed hand-washing brushes included in the package, you can remove all dirt from the boots and work shoes. Of course, the hand-washing brush can also be used to wet-clean other pieces of equipment.

The used water is collected via the large water channel and automatically fed into the waste water. To prevent blockages and prevent unpleasant odors, we offer an optional dirt trap and odor trap (see options).

The boot washer can also be equipped with two side splash guards and a rear splash guard as an option. This prevents the area around the wash station, sensitive equipment, and people in the vicinity from getting wet and dirty from splashing water.

For an additional charge, the standard plastic hand-washing brush can be replaced with a highly professional stainless-steel hand-washing brush featuring nylon bristles, a hand-lever quick-release valve, and a sturdy, wire-braided hose (see options):

For an additional charge, the boot and work shoe washer can be equipped with a mud-collection bucket, with or without an odor-blocking seal.

The water connection must comply with the regulations of the responsible water utility. The European standard DIN EN 1717 serves as the guiding principle, supplemented by national standards. The drinking water installation must be performed exclusively by a licensed specialist contractor. When connecting to the drinking water system, a system separator or pipe separator approved by the building owner must be used (not included in the scope of delivery).
