Boot washer stainless steel built-in version flat

This stainless steel boot cleaner can be installed partially recessed or at ground level in floors. It then ensures that all boots are cleaned reliably and thoroughly every day. Depending on requirements, the boot washer can be ordered with one or even two washing stations. Thanks to the extra-flat design with an installation depth of 90 mm, extremely shallow installation is possible. A drain with sludge trap and odor trap is located in the middle of the base of the stainless steel tub, all made entirely of stainless steel. The drain is optionally designed vertically with NW 100 or horizontally with NW 50.

The entire technology, including the effective side brushes, sole brushes and side water spray nozzles made of stainless steel, is located in the easily removable grids of the boot cleaning system. Thanks to these robust components, boots are cleaned precisely from the sole to ankle height. Above the grids there is a stainless steel grab rail, which helps the boot washer to stand securely and be used quickly. The integrated self-closing valve for automatic water control and a protective system separator in accordance with DIN EN 1717 are located in the grab rail. The high-quality water-bearing hand brush can be attached to the side of the bracket and allows even more precise cleaning of boot shafts or other objects.

With the hard sole brushes and the softer side brushes, the “Boot washer stainless steel built-in version flat” cleans boots and ankle-high work shoes thoroughly and quickly. Soiled boots are placed on the boot rest with the sole brush strips. After manually activating the water self-closing valve, the stainless steel spray nozzles on the sides, above the side brushes, spray the footwear all around with liquid. The 12 floor brushes and 2 side brush es reliably remove dirt and impurities from all footwear. Meanwhile, the powder-coated stainless steel grab rail invites you to hold on to it at the right height and secures your footing. On the left-hand side there is a water-bearing hand washing brush incl. 1.5 m reinforced hose with a quick-action valve and stainless steel rinsing pipe to make boot cleaning even more individual and precise. A certified system separator in accordance with DIN EN 1717 for maintaining water quality is also integrated into the holding bracket. The boot cleaning system is available in two different versions and sizes, with one washing area or with double capacity and two boot cleaning areas.

The boot washer is equipped with an integrated splash guard as standard. A central drain in the stainless steel tray with integrated sludge trap and odor trap enables smooth water drainage and protects against unpleasant odors from the drainage system. The gratings can be easily removed and replaced, just like the sole cleaning brushes of the boot cleaning machine. This makes maintenance and cleaning particularly easy. The water connection must comply with the regulations of the local waterworks and must be carried out by an authorized specialist company. A power connection is not required.
