This boot washer can be installed at ground level or partially recessed in the floor.
The risk of accidents can be ruled out when installed at ground level, as the supplied cover can be used to prevent the risk of tripping. The support bracket also increases safety by providing users with a high degree of stability.
The stainless steel built-in boot washer is available with either 1 or 2 cleaning stations (see options). With its hard floor brushes and two softer side brushes per station, it cleans boots and work shoes thoroughly and efficiently.
The bristles and footwear are irrigated on all sides by small nozzles. In addition, the spray bars can be turned by hand, which makes the water jet steerable and therefore also adjustable for work shoes. Rubbing the boots or work shoes against the floor and side brushes removes dirt effortlessly. A drain mounted underneath the tub, with integrated sludge trap and odor trap, allows water to drain away and protects against odors from the drainage system.
For an extra charge, the standard plastic hand washing brush can be replaced by a high-quality stainless steel hand washing brush with nylon bristles, hand lever quick-release valve and a robust armored hose made of wire mesh (see options).
The water connection must comply with the regulations of the responsible waterworks. The European standard DIN EN 1717 is the guiding principle, supplemented by national standards. The drinking water installation must be carried out exclusively by an authorized specialist company. When connecting to the drinking water system, a system separator / pipe separator approved by the customer must be taken into account (not included in the scope of delivery).
