The TROCKEN 200 sole cleaning machine is a professional sole cleaning system designed for heavy-duty use in industrial environments. Our sole cleaners are in daily use at several hundred renowned customers in the industrial, electronics, food, and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as in hospitals and trade shops. Except for the additional extraction system, this model is functionally identical to the TROCKEN 100 sole cleaning machine.
With this machine, your employees can gently and efficiently clean the soles, sole edges, and uppers of their work shoes. The sole cleaner’s 4 roller brushes, 2 side brushes, and oversized top brush ensure that a large number of employees have spotlessly clean footwear in no time. Thanks to the integrated extraction system with G4-rated filter mats, this unit is suitable for use in areas where hard-to-clean and hazardous dust and microparticles are expected.
These operational improvements can be achieved by using one of our professional sole cleaning machines:
- Keeping production facilities, offices, and entry areas clean, even when there is significant dust accumulation
- Preventing the spread of dust, sand, metal shavings, dirt, etc.
- Elimination of hazardous dust through thorough extraction
- Reduction in Cleaning Costs
- Protection of High-Quality Floor Coverings
- Caring for and Maintaining Work Shoes
- Compliance with the BRC Global Food Standard / IFS Food
The sole cleaning machine is designed for heavy-duty, daily use in industrial settings. Four counter-rotating roller brushes thoroughly remove dirt and dust from the sole tread. Even heavily soiled shoe soles are cleaned to perfection. Two disc brushes are mounted on the side of the front section of the unit to clean the edges of the soles . The sole cleaning machine is also equipped with a very large top brush for cleaning the upper leather .
The nylon brushes of the sole cleaner are driven by a powerful motor (650 rpm). The use of a robust timing belt drive ensures optimal torque and the ideal rotational speed for the various cleaning brushes. To clean their work shoes, employees rub their feet alternately against the various round brushes of the sole cleaner. The nylon bristles scrub even the toughest dirt off the shoes in just a few moments.
The brushed-off dirt is collected in a large dirt-collection drawer. Thanks to the drawer system and the easy access to the dirt container, it can be quickly emptied in just a few simple steps. The TROCKEN 200 sole cleaning machine dry also features a suction and filtration system integrated into the housing. The micro-particles (>10 µm), dust, and airborne particles are drawn into the upper housing by negative pressure and captured by the filter. The cleaned air is released through an outlet grille in the rear wall of the housing. The filter mat can be replaced in just a few simple steps.
We offer a shaking grate as an option for this sole cleaning machine (see Options). The advantage is obvious: After sole cleaning, users do not step back into the dirty area they came from, since dirt falls through the foot grating as much as possible, keeping the walking surface itself clean. This ensures better separation of the “black” and “white” zones, especially in sensitive areas. The standard model is shipped without the shake-off grate.
For electrostatic-sensitive areas, the sole cleaning machine can be equipped with conductive brushes instead of nylon brushes (see Options). This ESD version prevents the buildup of static charge during the cleaning process and thus protects sensitive electronic components.
