Operating the compact sole cleaning machine is incredibly simple. The employee can start the powerful 240-watt motor with a light touch of the foot on the sensor. This sets the 4 roller brushes for sole cleaning and the 2 round brushes for cleaning the edges of the soles in motion; they rotate in opposite directions to ensure optimal cleaning results.

Users can then rub their dirty shoes against the rotating nylon brushes. Within a few seconds, dirt is reliably scrubbed off and collected in a dirt tray. The easily removable dirt collection tray allows the scraped-off dirt to be emptied quickly and conveniently, which reduces the maintenance required for this sole cleaning machine to a minimum. Throughout the sole cleaning process, an ergonomically curved handrail provides the user with the necessary support.

We offer a shaking grate as an option for this sole cleaning machine (see Options). The advantage is obvious: After sole cleaning, users do not step back into the dirty area they came from, since dirt falls through the foot grating as much as possible, keeping the walking surface itself clean. This ensures better separation of the “black” and “white” zones, especially in sensitive areas. The standard model is shipped without the shake-off grate.

Upon request, the sole cleaning machine can be supplied with conductive ESD brushes instead of the standard brushes (see Options). These special brushes help prevent static electricity buildup during the cleaning process, which could damage sensitive electronic components.
