It is particularly suitable for removing dust and dry dirt from shoe soles. The walk-through shoe sole cleaner is ideally suited for use in facilities that, for production-related reasons, must avoid wet sole cleaning (e.g., bakeries). A forced-pass system ensures that all employees walk through the shoe sole cleaner before they can enter sensitive production areas. The shoe sole cleaner is available with a debris collection drawer on the side, at the top, or without one (see options).

The ECO dry version of the Walk-Through Sole Cleaner is sensor-controlled. This means that the rotation of the two roller brushes starts automatically when an employee steps into the sole cleaning station. The user walks through the walk-through sole cleaner on a stainless steel grating. The high-quality nylon bristles of the roller brushes protrude through the grating. The rotation scrubs away all debris and dirt from the soles and the edges of the soles.

In the version without a drawer , debris is simply collected beneath the brushes. Because the brush rollers are easy to remove, the collection tray can then be easily emptied using a vacuum cleaner. The major advantage of the version without a debris collection drawer is that it can easily be used as a wet continuous-flow floor cleaner if production requirements change . To do this, simply connect the solenoid valve to a fresh water supply.
The option with a debris collection drawer allows for very quick and easy emptying of debris and is available upon request with a pull-out mechanism at the front instead of the side. This option is particularly suitable for bakeries and other facilities where future use with water can be completely ruled out.

The ECO walk-through shoe sole cleaner is designed to optimally clean shoe soles while ensuring a high level of safety. Sturdy stainless steel handrails ensure that personnel follow a designated path. No employee can enter the sensitive production areas without having walked completely through the shoe sole cleaner. Maximum safety is ensured by the side impact protection and the slip-resistant, removable steps, which allow for safe and comfortable entry into and exit from the system. In addition, the system is equipped with an emergency stop switch that immediately shuts down the shoe sole cleaner when activated. If needed, three different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below): 24 L wall-mounted, 24 L freestanding, and 20/25 L lockable.

The continuous-flow sole cleaner is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel. As a result, it is exceptionally robust and has a long service life. To ensure perfect leveling, the sole cleaning system is equipped with stainless steel swivel feet.
