The ECO Kompakt dry version of the hygiene station is a professional, sensor-controlled model designed for thorough, dry cleaning of shoe soles. The high-quality nylon bristles on the two roller brushes thoroughly scrub coarse particles such as flour and dust from the soles of shoes and boots. This ensures hygienically clean production facilities in the pharmaceutical and food industry. The compact hygiene sluice is particularly popular in small businesses that, for production-related reasons, must avoid wet sole cleaning (e.g., bakeries). The sensor-controlled entrance control with turnstile made of stainless steel ensures that all employees pass through the shoe sole cleaner before entering sensitive production areas. It also automates hand sanitization. The hygiene sluices are available with a dirt-collection drawer on the side, at the top, or without a drawer. The version without a drawer can also be operated as a wet version (see options).

The ECO Kompakt dry version hygiene station is incredibly easy to use yet highly effective. Thanks to its sensor control, the shoe sole cleaner starts automatically as soon as employees and visitors step into the unit. The high-quality nylon bristles of the two roller brushes protrude through the grating. The precise, rapid rotational movements remove all debris and coarse particles from the soles and edges of the shoes. At the same time, the full-cone spray nozzles of the disinfection module evenly distribute the individually adjustable amount of disinfectant onto both hands. After sole cleaning and hand disinfection, users can conveniently exit the compact hygiene station through the Entrance control turnstile.

The optional version without a drawer allows it to be used as a wet continuous-flow floor cleaner. This makes it easy to adapt the hygiene station to changing cleaning conditions within the production facility. To do this, simply connect the solenoid valve of the dry version to a fresh water supply. In the version without a debris-collection drawer, the scrubbed-off particles collect beneath the brushes. There, they can be easily vacuumed up thanks to the easily removable brush rollers. The version with a debris collection drawer, on the other hand, allows for lightning-fast emptying of residual particles via a drawer that pulls out from the side or top. It is particularly popular with bakeries and other small businesses where future use with water is not an option.

The ECO Kompakt dry version hygiene station is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel. This results in remarkable durability and robustness. The entry control system, which includes a stainless steel turnstile, ensures that no visitor enters the sensitive production areas without completing the cleaning process. The side impact protection, handrails, and slip-resistant, removable steps ensure maximum safety for employees. The system also features an emergency stop switch.

In addition to its first-class cleaning performance, the hygiene station stands out for its minimal cleaning and maintenance requirements. All functional parts are easily accessible via maintenance hatches. In addition, the roller brushes can be removed in just a few simple steps without any tools. To ensure a precise fit during installation, the sole cleaning system is also equipped with stainless steel swivel feet. The side-mounted dispenser holder for hand sanitizer and liquid soap is included as standard. If needed, three different dispenser holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below).

The ECO Kompakt dry version hygiene station is ready for connection; however, the price does not include the siphon, backflow preventer, gaskets, small parts, or installation. Installation, which is straightforward when following our instructions, must be performed by a local plumbing contractor. Delivery is made on a pallet by truck to the curb.
