Using a foolproof forced-passage system, this hygiene station ensures efficient, tamper-proof, and hygienically flawless hand disinfection, sole disinfection, and shoe upper disinfection before entering sensitive production areas.

All employees enter the hygienic area via a pass-through sole cleaner equipped with high-quality nylon brushes. Afterward, employees wearing boots clean their boot shafts in a shaft-cleaning module. Employees wearing clogs and work shoes exit the cleaning station via an intermediate platform located in front of the boot-shaft cleaning unit.

When an employee enters the hygiene station, the first step is to walk through a walk-through sole cleaner. The high-quality nylon bristles of the two roller brushes protrude through the grating on which the employee stands. The rotation of the brushes scrubs all contaminants off the soles. The rotation duration of the brushes can be adjusted to meet the individual needs of each facility. During the cleaning process, an automatic metering pump dispenses the disinfectant solution onto the brushes.

To perform hand disinfection, employees must place their hands in the openings of the hand sanitizer dispenser. Two sensors ensure that the hands remain in place throughout the process and trigger the disinfection process. The hands are thoroughly sprayed with the sanitizing solution by two full-cone nozzles. Once hand disinfection is complete, the vandal-proof stainless steel turnstile opens in the direction of travel to allow one person to pass through. The activation of the electric turnstile is indicated by an LED display (red/green).

People wearing shoes or clogs then exit the hygiene station through the separate exit at the intermediate landing. Those wearing boots enter the boot shaft cleaning module. The boot shafts are thoroughly cleaned by three vertical roller brushes. The boot shaft cleaning module is activated by a sensor in the handrail, which is triggered when touched. The rotation duration of these brushes can also be individually programmed.

To ensure the most convenient and safe use of the cleaning system , all entrances and exits to the hygiene stations are equipped with slip-resistant steps. The system is equipped with sturdy stainless steel handrails to provide a secure grip. The height of the hygiene station can be adjusted to meet the requirements of any production facility using the height-adjustable stainless steel screw feet. An emergency stop switch can be used to immediately halt all modules of the hygiene station and unlock the turnstile in both directions to allow for rapid evacuation. This also occurs automatically in the event of a power failure.

The hygiene station is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel with finely polished surfaces. All functional parts are equipped with access panels. In addition, the nylon brushes can be removed in just a few simple steps without tools, which minimizes the maintenance and cleaning required for the hygiene station. The side-mounted dispenser holder for hand sanitizer and liquid soap is included as standard. If needed, three different dispenser holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below).

The hygiene station—which includes hand disinfection, sole cleaning, and boot shaft cleaning —is delivered fully assembled and ready for connection; however, the siphon, backflow preventer, seals, small parts, and on-site installation are not included in the price. Installation is very simple—just follow our instructions—and can be performed, for example, by a local plumbing company. The unit is delivered on a pallet by truck to the curb.
