This 1100 mm brush roller is designed for use in automatic sole cleaning modules within hygiene stations. Typical applications include food processing facilities, pharmaceutical facilities, or other hygiene-critical areas. It is used to replace worn-out rollers or to retrofit existing systems on a case-by-case basis.

The roller is made of durable plastic with PA6 bristles that retain their shape even with heavy use. The blue bristles make it easy to visually check for cleanliness or wear. This 1100-mm version is ideal for wider passageways or facilities with high foot traffic. It offers a larger cleaning surface area than the more compact models and is fully compatible with our hygiene stations (brush length 1100 mm). This brush roller is also available in other lengths, including 400 mm, 700 mm, and 1600 mm.

The brush roller is supplied with fittings, meaning that all necessary fasteners—such as the M30 hex socket cap screw, the brush shaft bearing side, and matching set screws—are included in the scope of delivery. This allows the brush roller to be replaced with minimal effort and installed directly into the existing system.
