The sensor-controlled disinfection process and the vandal-proof, electrically controlled turnstile ensure that all employees enter the hygiene area with perfectly clean hands and soles.

To ensure optimal cleaning of shoe soles, the Compact Hygiene Station is equipped with a continuous-flow sole cleaner. When someone enters the Hygiene Station, the two high-quality brush rollers begin to rotate. During the disinfection process, employees walk across a stainless steel grating through which the nylon bristles of the roller brushes protrude. The rotation scrubs away all contaminants from the soles of boots, work shoes, and clogs. At the same time, the brushes are continuously moistened with a mixture of water and disinfectant, the concentration of which can be individually adjusted via an automatic dosing system. In addition, the runtime of the continuous-flow sole cleaner can be adjusted according to your preferences. To ensure safe and easy access to the cleaning station, the hygiene station is equipped with slip-resistant stainless steel steps and features high side protection, which also serves as a splash guard.

To ensure first-class hand hygiene, the Compact Hygiene Station is equipped with an Entry control device that includes a hand sanitizer module. This device consists of a tamper-proof two-step hand disinfection process combined with a turnstile that unlocks once hand disinfection is complete. The turnstile can be set to remain unlocked at all times toward the restrooms or to remain locked. A visual indicator is mounted directly above the turnstile. It shows whether the turnstile is open (green) or locked (red).

The hygiene sluice is made entirely of stainless steel with finely polished surfaces and features high-quality craftsmanship. All functional parts are easily accessible via maintenance hatches, and the brushes of the shoe sole cleaner can be removed in just a few simple steps without tools. This reduces cleaning and maintenance efforts to an absolute minimum. The side-mounted canister holder for hand sanitizer is included as standard. If needed, three different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below).

The Kompakt hygiene station is delivered fully assembled and ready for connection; small parts such as the siphon, backflow preventer, and sealing rings, as well as on-site installation, are not included in the price. The simple installation, following our instructions, can be performed, for example, by a local plumbing company. Delivery is made on a pallet by truck to the curb.
