The Kombi Continuous-Flow Sole Cleaner and Dryer PLUS is designed to provide optimal sole cleaning of shoe soles with a high level of safety thanks to the guided path for staff. First, staff footwear is cleaned by two rotating, horizontally mounted blue brushes. To ensure hygienically flawless cleaning , the brushes are sprayed with a mixture of water and cleaning solution via a nozzle bar . The rotation is triggered by sensors. The operating time of the brushes can be set between 1 and 10 seconds. Furthermore, the amount of cleaning solution can be adjusted to your needs using the integrated metering pump. The brushes are easily accessible via access panels and can be cleaned and replaced without tools.

After the shoes have been wet-cleaned and disinfected, employees enter a drip zone designed to allow them to shake off and drain excess water. The stainless steel grate can be folded up for easy cleaning of the system.

To thoroughly dry any remaining moisture, the drip zone is followed by two rotating orange brushes equipped with a soft, special bristle covering. These brushes remove any remaining moisture from the soles. An integrated scraper automatically removes moisture from the brushes as they rotate. This process is triggered by a sensor, and the brushes can be easily cleaned and replaced without tools. The special orange bristles on the brushes ensure that they are not mistaken for the blue, wet-cleaning roller brushes during machine maintenance and cleaning.

The entire unit is made of high-quality, finely polished stainless steel. To ensure stability, it is equipped with a handrail on both sides and also features an emergency stop switch. If needed, three different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below): 24 L wall-mounted, 24 L freestanding, and 20/25 L lockable.

The Kombi Wet Cleaning and Drying PLUS continuous-flow sole cleaner is delivered fully assembled and ready for connection; however, the siphon, backflow preventer, seals, small parts, and on-site installation are not included in the price. Installation is very simple—just follow our instructions—and can be performed, for example, by a local plumbing company. The unit is delivered on a pallet by truck to the curb.
