Profi Kompakt Double-Lane Hygiene Station

The Profi Kompakt Dual-Lane Hygiene Station is a dual-lane system for hand disinfection and shoe sole cleaning in large-scale food production facilities, slaughterhouses and meat-processing plants, as well as pharmaceutical facilities with high staff turnover at the start of each shift. This double-lane hygiene station is equipped with an entry control device featuring stainless steel turnstiles on both sides and a tamper-proof two-hand disinfection system. Sole cleaning is performed by two continuous-flow shoe sole cleaners with 1100 mm and 1600 mm long nylon round brushes, respectively (see options). Thanks to the use of high-quality, finely polished stainless steel and state-of-the-art components, this dual-lane hygiene station is ideal for high-volume operations with large numbers of employees. It ensures reliable compliance with the highest hygiene standards under highly efficient conditions.

Two different versions of the Profi Kompakt Double-Lane hygiene station are available (see options). The standard dual-lane version is equipped with hand sanitizing modules on both lanes and is designed for use in both directions toward the production area. Alternatively, the cleaning station can be configured as a dual-lane system, with one lane serving as the entry lane and the other as the exit lane. Both lanes are equipped with a continuous-flow floor cleaner. In this version, the exit lane does not have a hand sanitizer module and features a mechanical turnstile that is enabled in the direction of the exit.

When an employee enters the facility, they first place their hands in the two openings in the housing of the automatic turnstile. Two tamper-proof sensors verify that the hands remain in place, and the preset amount of disinfectant is dispensed through cone-shaped nozzles. Once hand disinfection is complete, the vandal-proof, electric stainless steel turnstile is unlocked. A traffic-light-style LED display indicates that the hands have been successfully disinfected. The turnstile is unlocked when the light changes from red to green. Malfunctions and a shortage of sanitizer are indicated by a yellow light.

During hand disinfection, employees stand on the stainless steel grating of the walk-through sole cleaner. The bristles of the two high-quality nylon brushes extend through the grating and thoroughly clean the soles of shoes and boots using a cleaning solution. The rotation of the roller brushes is triggered by a sensor and can be individually programmed.

In the standard dual-lane configuration, both lanes are equipped with the tamper-proof hand sanitizing station featuring an electric turnstile, which allows employees to use both lanes simultaneously. When leaving the sensitive production areas, employees step onto the floor-cleaning device to prevent dirt from being carried from the production area into the facility’s break rooms. A sensor activates the turnstile toward the exit without requiring employees to disinfect their hands.

In the two-lane version, a hand sanitizer station with an electric stainless steel turnstile is located only in the entry lane, meaning that only one lane can be used to enter the hygiene area. In the exit lane, the mechanical turnstile remains open at all times when exiting the production area. Upon request, various manual and externally controlled options for activating the stainless steel turnstiles on the exit side are available for both versions. The hygiene station is supplied as standard without a document tray or canister holders for commercial hand wash sinks (2×5 L, lockable); however, these are available separately as accessories (see below). In addition, 3 different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories if needed (see below).

The cleaning station is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel with a finely polished surface. Because all internal components are accessible via maintenance hatches, the machine can be cleaned and maintained quickly and efficiently. In addition, the brushes on the sole cleaning machines can be removed for cleaning in just a few steps without the need for tools. Modern time and data tracking systems, as well as in-house equipment, can be easily integrated into our hygiene station.

The Profi Kompakt Double-Track hygiene station is delivered fully assembled and ready for connection; however, the siphon, backflow preventer, gaskets, small parts, and on-site installation are not included in the price. Installation is very simple—just follow our instructions—and can be carried out, for example, by a local plumbing company. The unit is delivered on a pallet by truck to the curb.
