The PROFI Check In hygiene station, which includes hand washing, a hand dryer, hand disinfection, and subsequent sole cleaning, is very popular because it handles the entire hand-cleaning process, right through to hand disinfection. In addition, two rotating brushes ensure quick and thorough cleaning of the shoe soles. Thanks to state-of-the-art sensor systems and an extremely robust stainless steel turnstile, employees’ hands and shoe soles are guaranteed to receive hand disinfection without the possibility of bypassing the system. To dry hands before hand disinfection, users can choose between traditional drying using a folded paper towel dispenser and the environmentally friendly method using a high-speed hand dryer. In addition, the cleaning station is available with three different brush lengths for the walk-through sole cleaner.

Steps for Using the PROFI Check In hygiene station

At the start, the status LED lights up red. This indicates that the device is ready for operation and that the turnstile is locked.

1. In the touchless handwashing area, the user first places their hands into the openings of the soap dispenser. The dispenser is controlled by a sensor and then dispenses soap onto both hands via two spray nozzles. The water supply to the sink is then activated immediately, allowing the employee to rinse their hands without coming into contact with the large sink.

2. Afterward , an automatic high-speed hand dryer dries the hands hygienically, thoroughly, and in an environmentally friendly manner in less than 10 seconds, or the user dries their hands with disposable paper towels from a dispenser (depending on the option selected).

3. The user then places their hands inside the sanitizing station. The automatic sensors, which are protected against accidental activation, trigger two nozzles that spray sanitizer onto the hands. The indicator LED then changes from yellow to green.

4. The stainless steel turnstile is now unlocked, and the employee can enter the secured area. The status LED then turns red again. Two horizontal rotating brushes, covered by a stainless steel grille, ensure quick and efficient cleaning of the soles of the shoes. The rotation of the nylon brushes is triggered by a sensor, and the operating time can be customized. During operation, the brushes are sprayed with a mixture of water and detergent, which is automatically dispensed.

A sturdy construction made of high-quality stainless steel with finely polished surfaces allows for quick and thorough cleaning of hands and soles with a minimum of time and effort. The side-mounted dispenser holder for hand sanitizer and liquid soap is included as standard. If needed, 3 different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below).

The PROFI Check In hygiene station is delivered fully assembled and ready for connection; however, the siphon, backflow preventer, gaskets, small parts, and on-site installation are not included in the price. Installation is very simple—just follow our instructions—and can be performed, for example, by a local plumbing company. Delivery is made on a pallet by truck to the curb.
