Cleancontrol PROFI Cleaning Station

A Cleancontrol PROFI cleaning station is recommended for high, simultaneous foot traffic during shift changes in large food production facilities, slaughterhouses, or meat-processing plants. Thanks to its foolproof guided path, this hygiene station ensures fast, efficient, and hygienically flawless cleaning and disinfection of the soles of boots and shoes, as well as employees’ hands, when entering sensitive production areas and cleanrooms. When leaving these areas, the soles of shoes and boots are cleaned and disinfected once again. The components of this dual-lane cleaning system are designed to meet the highest safety standards and withstand very high cycle rates , ensuring compliance with the strictest hygiene standards in production facilities with high employee traffic.

The Cleancontrol PROFI cleaning station is available in two different versions (see options). The standard version is equipped with a disinfection basin followed by a drip tray in the entry lane. Exit from the production area is via a continuous-flow sole cleaner equipped with roller brushes. Optionally, the hygiene station is available with brush modules in both directions of travel.

Upon entering the facility, employees first place their hands into the designated openings in the housing of the automatic turnstile. Two tamper-proof sensors detect the continuous presence of both hands and clean them using the two full-cone spray nozzles with the preset amount of disinfectant. The extremely robust, vandal-proof, electric turnstile is not released until the disinfection process is complete. Successful hand disinfection is indicated by an LED display. As soon as the LED changes from red to green, the stainless steel turnstile is unlocked and the employee can pass through. A flashing yellow light indicates a low supply of sanitizer.

In the standard configuration, employees stand in a stainless-steel disinfection basin during hand disinfection. After passing through the turnstile, they step into a drip tray with a stainless steel grate, which prevents large amounts of disinfectant and moisture from being carried into the production area. In the version with two roller brush modules, employees’ shoe soles are cleaned by rotating nylon round brushes with automated dispensing of sanitizer.

When leaving the production areas, which are protected by hygiene stations, employees step onto a roller-brush shoe sole cleaner and pass through the mechanical turnstile, which is set to allow entry in one direction only. The nylon bristles of the two 1,600-mm-long round brushes extend through a stainless steel grating over which employees walk. The rotation of the brushes, triggered by a sensor, combined with the automatically dispensed cleaning solution, thoroughly cleans the soles as employees exit the facility and prevents dirt from being carried into the company’s break rooms. Upon request, the exit lane can also be equipped with a hand sanitizer station and an automatically controlled electric turnstile (instead of the mechanical turnstile).

The hygiene station is made entirely of high-quality, finely polished stainless steel . To facilitate maintenance and cleaning of the machine, all internal components of the system are accessible via maintenance hatches, and the brushes of the Sole cleaner can be easily removed and replaced in just a few simple steps. State-of-the-art time and data logging systems, as well as in-house systems, can be easily integrated into this hygiene station.

This cleaning system is also available in configurations as a dual-lane hygiene station for very high foot traffic. Dual brush modules or disinfection stations with hand disinfection stations on both sides can be easily incorporated into these systems.

The hygiene station is delivered fully assembled. The siphon, backflow preventer, gaskets, and small parts, as well as on-site installation, are not included in the price. Installation is very simple—just follow our instructions—and can be performed, for example, by a local plumbing company. Delivery is made on a pallet by truck to the curb.
