The PROFI walk-through sole cleaner is a professional, top-quality walk-through sole cleaner that quickly and thoroughly cleans the soles of clogs, work shoes, and boots using a walk-through process. Thanks to its forced-guidance system, this sole cleaning machine is ideal for providing tamper-proof access control to the hygienic areas of medium-sized production facilities in the slaughter, pharmaceutical, and food industry. In addition, this shoe sole cleaner is used in many industrial facilities as a cleaning station to prevent the spread of lubricants and oils.

This sole cleaning system can be operated individually or serve as a base module when assembling a custom-configured hygiene airlock (Profi line) — see accessories below.

To gain access to the sensitive production areas, employees must walk all the way through the Sole cleaner. As they do so, they walk on a stainless steel grating positioned above the rotating roller brushes. The high-quality nylon bristles protrude through the grating and scrub all debris from the soles of shoes and boots. An automatic, individually adjustable dosing system continuously dispenses your desired mixture of water and disinfectant onto the brushes and soles. The rotation of the roller brushes in both directions is initiated by a sensor control system, which is triggered when someone steps into the sole cleaner. The operating time of the system can be individually programmed.

Sturdy stainless steel handrails are mounted on both sides, ensuring that users walk the entire length of the shoe sole cleaner and providing a secure and stable grip during the sole cleaning process. Two slip-resistant, removable stainless steel steps ensure safe and easy entry into and exit from the hygiene station. In addition, the sole cleaning machine is equipped with a specially designed high side guard that also serves as an integrated splash guard.

The sole cleaning machine is made entirely of stainless steel with finely polished surfaces and is characterized by high-quality craftsmanship . It also stands out for its cleaning and maintenance requirements, which have been reduced to an absolute minimum. All functional parts are easily accessible via maintenance hatches. The two roller brushes can be removed quickly and easily in just a few simple steps—without tools—for cleaning.

If needed, three different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below): 24 L wall-mounted, 24 L freestanding, and 20/25 L lockable.

The PROFI flow-through floor cleaner is delivered fully assembled and ready for connection; however, the siphon, backflow preventer, seals, small parts, and on-site installation are not included in the price. Installation is very simple when following our instructions and can be performed, for example, by a local plumbing company. Delivery is made on a pallet by truck to the curb.
