This dual-lane hygiene station is equipped with two double-lane entry control devices operating in the same direction, each featuring a stainless steel turnstile and a tamper-proof two-hand disinfection system. The soles are wet-cleaned by two continuous-action sole cleaners, each equipped with 1,100 mm-long nylon round brushes.

Thanks to the use of high-quality, finely polished stainless steel and state-of-the-art components, this dual-lane hygiene station is ideal for high-volume use with a large number of employees. With its uniquely efficient operation, it ensures reliable compliance with the highest hygiene standards. The entire airlock is controlled automatically via sensors. This compact, dual-lane turnstile with a single direction of travel ensures the thorough removal of oils and other lubricants from the soles of clogs, shoes, and boots, as well as high standards of hand hygiene. Upon entering the hygiene station, users place their hands in the designated opening in the automatic turnstile housing. Tamper-proof sensors then verify hand placement and dispense the preset amount of disinfectant onto the palms via cone-shaped nozzles. Once hand disinfection is complete, passage through the stainless steel turnstile is granted. Two LED indicators in a traffic-light design signal that hand disinfection has been completed.

The soles of shoes are cleaned automatically and simultaneously. The 1100 mm-long bristles of the two high-quality nylon brushes reach through the grate and thoroughly clean the soles of shoes and boots using a cleaning solution. The rotation of the roller brushes is triggered by a sensor, and the amount of cleaning solution can be adjusted to suit your preferences and individual usage. If needed, 3 different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below): 24 L wall-mounted, 24 L freestanding, and 20/25 L lockable.

The sole cleaner is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel with finely polished surfaces. Thanks to the convenient design, which allows all internal components to be easily accessed through maintenance hatches, the machine can be cleaned and maintained quickly and easily. In addition, the bristles of the single-track double hygiene sluice can be removed for cleaning in just a few simple steps without the need for tools.

The “ECO Compact Double-Track Hygiene Station” is ready for assembly and connection upon delivery; however, the siphon, backflow preventer, gaskets, small parts, and on-site installation are not included in the price. We recommend that a local plumbing company perform the simple installation according to our instructions. Delivery is made on a pallet by truck to the curb.
