Walk-through Sole Cleaner ECO

The ECO Walk-Through Sole Cleaner is a professional walk-through sole cleaner designed for the thorough cleaning and disinfection of shoe soles. A forced-pass system ensures that all employees have perfectly clean shoe and boot soles when entering sensitive production areas. The shoe sole cleaner is ideally suited for use as an access control measure to the hygiene areas of medium-sized production facilities in the pharmaceutical, slaughterhouse, and food industries, or as a cleaning station in industrial facilities to prevent the spread of lubricants and oil.

When entering the system , a sensor automatically starts the rotation of the two roller brushes. The employee walks on a stainless-steel walkway mounted above the rotating brushes. The high-quality nylon bristles protrude through the grating and, through their rotational movement, scrub away all debris from the soles and edges of clogs, boots, and work shoes. The roller brushes are continuously moistened with a water-based cleaning solution throughout the entire cleaning process. The cleaning or disinfectant is dispensed automatically via the individually adjustable dosing system. This walk-through sole cleaner is designed for use in both directions and hygienically cleans the soles of employees’ footwear as they enter and exit sensitive production areas.

The handrails mounted on both sides ensure that all employees walk through the entire length of the shoe sole cleaner. Combined with the side guardrails, the stainless steel handrails ensure maximum safety during sole cleaning. There are also slip-resistant, removable steps at the front and back of the unit, which allow for comfortable and safe entry into and exit from the sole cleaning machine. The sole cleaning system is equipped with stainless steel swivel feet for optimal leveling. If needed, three different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below): 24 L wall-mounted, 24 L freestanding, and 20/25 L lockable.

The sole cleaning machine is made entirely of finely polished stainless steel. In addition to its thorough and efficient cleaning performance, the machine is characterized above all by minimal cleaning and maintenance requirements. All functional parts are accessible via maintenance hatches, and the roller brushes can be removed for cleaning in just a few simple steps without the need for tools.

The ECO continuous-flow floor cleaner can be operated on its own or serve as a base module when assembling a custom-configured hygiene station (Eco Line) — see Accessories below.

The Sole cleaner is delivered assembled and ready for connection; however, the siphon, backflow preventer, gaskets, small parts, and on-site installation are not included in the price. Installation is very simple—just follow our instructions—and can be performed, for example, by a local plumbing company. Delivery is made on a pallet by truck to the curb.
