Our compact hygiene station is a complete solution for the hygienically sound cleaning of hands, shoe soles, the edges of soles, and boot shafts. The unit is equipped with a touchless sink, two soap dispensers, a towel dispenser with a wastebasket, and a professional sole-cleaning device. Unlike our Hygiene Station, the cleaning modules for hand washing and sole cleaning are positioned side by side, allowing two people to use the Hygiene Station at the same time. In addition, the cleaning station is equipped with a second soap dispenser and, optionally, a water-fed hand brush for cleaning boot shafts (see options). The hygiene wall is ideally suited for use in small to medium-sized businesses in the institutional food service or food industry sectors.

The hygiene station stands out for its exceptional ease of use. First, boots, work shoes, or clogs are thoroughly cleaned with the sole cleaning device. Touching the contact sensor in the handle of the sole cleaning module triggers the rotation of the special brush. As the foot rubs against the high-quality nylon bristles of the roller brush and the side-mounted disc brushes, all contaminants are removed from the soles and the edges of the soles. During the shoe and boot cleaning, water and cleaning solution are continuously dispensed onto the brushes and footwear via a nozzle assembly. The dosage of the cleaning solution can be adjusted to meet the individual needs of each facility. The position of the roller brush and the generous dimensions of the machine also allow for cleaning the upper leather on the same machine. To do this, simply hold the foot against the underside of the rotating brush.

Boot wearers can then clean their boot shafts using the water-fed hand-washing brush, which is available as an option. The 2-meter-long water hose allows for thorough and convenient cleaning of the shafts and other pieces of equipment.

Once the clogs, boots, or work shoes have been thoroughly cleaned on all sides, the user can proceed to the hand-washing station. This allows the next employee to begin sole cleaning while the first person washes their hands. With a single press of one of the two soap dispensers, the optimal amount of soap and/or hand sanitizer is dispensed onto the user’s hands. The touchless sensor automatically activates the flow of fresh water, allowing the user to thoroughly wash their hands under a continuous stream of water. The flow duration can be adjusted to meet the facility’s specific needs. Wash hands are dried using a folded towel dispenser, which is positioned right next to the soap dispensers. The used disposable towel can be disposed of in the spacious, 40-liter wire mesh wastebasket.

In addition to providing efficient and hygienically sound cleaning performance, our hygiene wall stands out for its first-class craftsmanship and the use of the highest-quality stainless steel (1.4031). The hygiene system is characterized by exceptional durability and a very long service life.

The hygiene partition is delivered ready for installation; however, the price does not include the trap, backflow preventer, gaskets, small parts, or installation.
