Sole Washer 100-024 DRY

The 100-024 TROCKEN sole cleaning machine is a professional sole cleaning system designed for food industry facilities where water carryover must be consistently prevented due to the nature of the contamination (e.g., flour and dough in bakeries). Cleaning is performed exclusively using a special nylon-bristled brush in a dry process. The dislodged dirt falls into a debris drawer located beneath the rotating brushes. The debris drawer can be quickly and easily cleaned by pulling it out from the side.

Its compact size makes this sole-cleaning unit ideal for smaller facilities in the hygiene sector, as well as for protecting less-trafficked side entrances in larger production facilities. The entire sole-cleaning system is made of high-quality, finely polished 1.4301 stainless steel and stands out for its exceptional durability and long service life. The sole cleaning machine is started by pressing the push button attached to the handle. This starts the rotation of the special brush with nylon bristles. Shoes, boots, or clogs can then be scrubbed against the rotating roller brush and the disc brushes mounted on the sides. Even the most stubborn dirt is scrubbed off the soles and sole edges in just a few moments. The large space beneath the brush allows the upper leather of the shoes to be cleaned by the underside of the roller brush.

The scraped-off dirt and debris are collected in a side-opening debris drawer located beneath the brush. The sole cleaner is made entirely of finely polished stainless steel (1.4031) and is characterized by its high durability and long service life even under heavy daily use.

The sole cleaner is available as a freestanding model or a version for wall mounting (see options). The freestanding model is equipped with an extremely robust and sturdy stainless steel base frame. The version for wall mounting is designed for permanent installation. Thanks to the pre-drilled holes, mounting it to the wall is very quick and easy. Furthermore, setup is extremely simple: The sole cleaner simply needs to be plugged into a standard 230-volt outlet.
