The 100-024 Sole Cleaning Machine is a professional sole cleaning device designed for businesses in the food industry and institutional food service. Thanks to its compact size, the unit is ideal for smaller facilities in the hygiene sector as well as for securing side entrances in larger production facilities. The sole cleaning system is made entirely of stainless steel (1.4301) and is available either as a freestanding unit or for wall mounting.

To start the sole cleaning machine, the employee must press the push button attached to the handle. This triggers the rotation of the special brush. The boot, clog, or work shoe can then be scrubbed against the roller brush and the side disc brushes. During this process, the footwear and the brushes are continuously sprayed with water and cleaning solution. The detergent is dispensed automatically via an individually adjustable injector. Changing the dispensing nozzle alters the mixture of water and detergent/disinfectant.

The combination of mechanical abrasion and the water-detergent mixture easily washes even stubborn dirt from the soles and the edges of the soles. Thanks to the ample space beneath the roller brush, the top of the shoe can be cleaned with the same brush. To do this, simply hold your foot against the underside of the brush.

The used liquid is collected beneath the brush and automatically drained away along with the scraped-off dirt. The sole cleaning machine is made entirely of finely polished stainless steel (1.4031) and is characterized by its high durability and long service life.

The sole cleaner is available as a freestanding model or a version with wall mounting (see options). The freestanding version is equipped with a sturdy and stable stainless steel base. The wall mounting model is already prepared for permanent installation. Thanks to pre-drilled holes, the sole cleaner can be quickly and easily screwed to the wall.

The Sole Cleaning Machine is ready to connect, but the siphon, seals, small parts, and the blue canister are not included in the scope of delivery. Setting it up is extremely easy: Simply connect the sole cleaner to a fresh water supply, a drain, and a standard electrical outlet.
