Hygiene Station

This extremely compact Hygiene Station provides a complete hygiene solution for thoroughly cleaning shoe soles, the edges of soles, the upper leather, and hands. In a very small space, it features an automatic sink with a soap dispenser, a folded towel dispenser with a wastebasket, and a professional sole-cleaning device. Our sophisticated design allows smaller production facilities in the food industry and institutional food service to do without space-consuming and costly hygiene stations.

Using the Hygiene Station is incredibly simple. First, employees place their work shoes, boots, or clogs on the white sole-cleaning brush. Touching the handle activates the contact sensor inside it. Thanks to the optimal rotation speed of the roller brush, the high-quality nylon bristles scrub all dirt from the soles of the shoes. The two disc brushes mounted on the sides allow for easy and thorough cleaning of the edges of the soles. In addition, the generously sized sole cleaning machine allows for cleaning the uppers of the shoes. To do this, simply rub the foot against the roller brush from below. During sole cleaning, the roller and disc brushes are continuously sprayed with water and cleaning solution via a spray bar. The detergent dosage can be adjusted to meet the specific needs of your business. The result is footwear that is hygienically clean on all sides.

After cleaning the soles and shoes, the optimal amount of soap is dispensed onto the hands by pressing the soap dispenser handle. A touchless sensor then activates the water flow. Employees can thus thoroughly wash their hands at the hand wash basin. The duration of the water flow can be adjusted according to your preferences. To dry wet hands, the hygiene station is equipped with a paper towel dispenser for folded paper towels. Used disposable paper towels can be disposed of in the 40-liter wire mesh wastebasket.

Thanks to the use of high-quality stainless steel (1.4031), this cleaning system is characterized not only by its efficient and thorough cleaning performance but, above all, by its exceptional durability and very long service life.

The Hygiene Station is ready for installation; however, the price does not include the siphon, backflow preventer, gaskets, small parts, or installation. The cleaning system is available either as a freestanding version with height-adjustable feet or as a version for permanent wall mounting (see options).
