This sturdy shoe and boot washer is the ideal solution for efficient and easy shoe cleaning in high-traffic outdoor areas. The use of reinforced concrete and galvanized steel ensures a long service life with very little maintenance. The simple yet ingenious modular design allows the washing station to be flexibly adapted to your specific needs. Depending on the selected version, you can choose between 4, 8, and 16 washing stations, which can be arranged on one or both sides (see options below). Thanks to the standardized faucet connections, you can freely choose the type of faucets or hand-washing brushes (see Accessories).

Whether work shoes, combat boots, hiking boots, athletic shoes, or soccer cleats: The above-ground shoe wash station enables convenient, fast, and thorough shoe cleaning.

The wash trough of this shoe washing station is made of reinforced, formwork-smooth concrete and has a capacity of 250 liters of water. To ensure maximum durability, the boot washer is equipped with galvanized angle irons for edge protection. Each individual trough is equipped with two high-quality, hot-dip galvanized grates. These can be quickly and easily folded up for cleaning the washing station and for using the troughs as sinks. The 4.5 cm wide drain can be positioned on the left or right side and is equipped with a plug.

To ensure an efficient supply of fresh water, the above-ground shoe wash station is equipped with a washing frame made of galvanized steel profiles. Depending on the version selected, this frame comes with 4–16 faucet connections (1/2″). In addition, the shoe washer features a hose connection with a hose fitting (3/4″/ LW 16). The fresh water connection is made via a welded, hot-dip galvanized connection sleeve (1″). The water supply can be installed on either the left or right side.

Notes:

• When placing your order, please let us know whether you prefer the drain on the left or right, as well as the water connection (please refer to the diagram).
• The troughs can also be installed recessed
• Rinse the hoses and wash arms before starting operation
• Max. line pressure: 5 bar
• Install a fine filter in the supply line
• The line can withstand a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar. If the pressure is higher, a pressure-reducing valve must be installed on site.
• The pipes must be drained when there is a risk of frost.
• Faucets are not included. Under “Accessories,” you’ll find a selection of faucets and scrub brushes.
• Prices do not include on-site preparatory work, installation, or transportation. Installation must be performed by a local plumber or construction company.
• Before installation, the customer must provide the foundation/support (e.g., strip foundation or lean concrete slab, depending on the load-bearing capacity of the subgrade), a water connection, and a drain with a sludge trap.
• The drain pipe protrudes approximately 30 mm at the bottom, allowing it to be easily attached directly to the larger-diameter on-site sewer pipe.
