Built-in shoe washing station—the recessed solution for cleaning shoes and equipment for outdoor installations

This shoe and boot washer is the ideal solution for quickly and conveniently cleaning dirty soccer cleats, work shoes, hiking boots, combat boots, or athletic shoes. This sturdy concrete shoe washer is an ideal solution for high-traffic outdoor facilities. Thanks to its modular design, it can be easily adapted to the specific needs of any application. Whether at military bases, sports fields, police academies, school grounds, nurseries, or farms: This shoe washer ensures spotlessly clean shoes without tracking dirt into locker rooms and other indoor areas.

We offer the built-in shoe washing station with 4, 8, 12, 16, and 24 washing stations (see options below). Depending on the model selected, these are mounted on one or both sides. The standardized faucet connections on the washing rack allow for a free choice of faucets and hand-washing brushes (see Accessories). In addition, a support bar mounted on the rack ensures a comfortable and secure stance while cleaning shoes.

Depending on the version, the built-in shoe washing station consists of 1–4 wash troughs made of smooth-finished, reinforced concrete, which are recessed into the ground at ground level. For the water drain, which can be positioned on either the left or right side, shaft liners for PVC pipes (NW 100) are included. The individual troughs are equipped with 2–3 galvanized steel grates. These can be easily removed for simple cleaning of the boot washer.

Water is supplied via a washing rack made of hot-dip galvanized steel profiles (100 x 50 mm). Depending on the version selected, it is equipped with 4–24 faucet connections (1/2″). In addition, the shoe washer features a hose connection (3/4″/ LW 16). Fresh water is fed into the washing system via a welded, hot-dip galvanized connection sleeve (1″). As with the water drain, the connection can be installed on either the left or right side.

Notes:

• Please let us know whether the connection and drain should be installed on the left or right (see the diagram).
• Hoses and wash arms should be flushed before use
• The maximum line pressure is 5 bar
• Install a fine filter in the supply line
• The line can withstand a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar. If the pressure is higher, a pressure-reducing valve must be installed on site.
• If there is a risk of frost, the pipe must be drained
• Prices do not include on-site preparatory work, installation, or transportation. Installation must be performed by a local plumber or construction company.
• Faucets are not included. Under “Accessories,” you’ll find a selection of faucets and scrub brushes.
• Before installation, the foundation/support structure, water connection, and sewer connection with a sludge trap must be installed on-site.
