This shoe washer, designed for year-round use, is made of reinforced, formwork-smooth concrete, making it sturdy and durable. The grating cover on the floor is made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel and can be easily removed for cleaning and maintenance of the unit. To make the shoe cleaning station even easier to use, a stainless steel shoe support bar has been installed. It helps users maintain a comfortable posture and optimal balance while cleaning their shoes.

The Shoe washing station, designed to be frost-resistant, is quick and easy to use. If your athletic shoes, hiking boots, or work shoes need a thorough cleaning, simply place them on the built-in shoe rack. Turn on the faucets, and the shoes can be cleaned manually using the hand brushes and the Shoe washing station’s frost-resistant water supply. Thanks to the frost-resistant design—which features a cavity in the back panel to protect water lines and piping—the shoe washer can be used year-round without any concerns, even in winter when temperatures drop below zero. A bolted-on stainless steel back panel is included as standard equipment and provides additional frost protection.

The Shoe washing station, designed to be frost-proof, is available in four different versions: for 2, 4, 6, and 8 washing stations (see versions). The water supply line is integrated into the concrete formwork in all models and can be installed on the left or right side as desired. Depending on the selected option, 2–8 faucet connections (1/2″) are already cast into the concrete back wall.

Insulated water lines and connections are provided by the customer. Plumbing components must be installed on-site by a professional. However, to ensure maximum frost protection, the back panel provides ample space for winter-proof plumbing installations, such as piping, connections, and water lines. For the 2- and 4-station versions, the water drain can be installed on either the left or right side. In the standard version, it is centered. The 6- and 8-station versions have two drains, which are cast into both sides. The drains are typically equipped with a drain liner (NW 100).

Notes:

• When placing your order, please specify whether the water inlet and drain should be on the left or right.
• For models with 2 and 4 wash stations, please also specify where you would like the drain to be located.
• Hoses and wash arms should be flushed before starting operation
• The maximum line pressure is 5 bar.
• Please install a fine filter in the supply lines.
• The lines can withstand a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar. If the pressure is higher, a pressure-reducing valve should be installed on site.
• Faucets are not included.
• Prices do not include on-site preparatory work, installation, insulated water lines and connections, or transportation.
• Installation must be performed by a local plumber or construction company.
• Before installation, the customer must install the foundation or support structure, as well as the water connection and sewer connection with a sludge trap.
