The boot cleaner with a dirt collection tray is a professional boot washer designed for heavy-duty use in the construction industry, maintenance yards, nurseries, or industrial production facilities. For thorough and efficient cleaning of boot soles, it is equipped with two water-fed hand brushes and offers enough space for two people to clean their boots at the same time. The soles and sole edges are cleaned using 1 sole cleaning brush and 2 side cleaning brushes, which automatically direct water onto the boots to be cleaned via integrated spray nozzles.

The boot cleaner with a dirt collection tray offers the following impressive features:

  • Made of brushed 2 mm stainless steel sheet, grade 1.4301
  • A fully fold-out wire mesh grate
  • 1 sole cleaning brush
  • 2 side cleaning brushes
  • Spray bar with water nozzles
  • 3/4″ water connection
  • Piping
  • Includes 2 plastic hand-washing brushes for cleaning boot shafts.
  • 4 height-adjustable legs
  • Dirt collection tray
  • DN50 drain
  • Available with a sludge collection bucket for an additional charge (see options)
  • Available with a sludge collection bucket and odor trap for an additional charge (see options)

To clean heavily soiled boots after use, employees first clean the boot shafts and the tops of the boots with a high-quality, water-fed hand brush. The stiff bristles of the hand brushes make it easy to wash off even the coarsest dirt. The boots being cleaned rest on a fold-out stainless steel grating. The boot washer offers enough space for two people to clean their boots at the same time.

For easy cleaning of boot soles and sole edges, the boot washer is equipped with a sole cleaning brush and two side cleaning brushes with stiff nylon bristles. The brush bars are fitted with spray nozzles that direct water directly onto the boots being cleaned. The combination of running water and the friction created as the boots rub against the brushes removes even the most stubborn dirt in no time.

The water generated during the cleaning process is collected by the boot cleaner and automatically drained into the sewage system. To prevent clogs, the boot cleaner is equipped with a dirt collection tray that can be easily removed, emptied, and cleaned in just a few simple steps. To prevent unpleasant odors, the boot cleaner can be equipped with a sludge collection bucket and an odor trap (see options).
For an additional charge, the standard plastic hand-washing brush can be replaced with a highly professional stainless-steel hand-washing brush featuring nylon bristles, a hand-lever quick-release valve, and a sturdy, wire-braided hose (see the “Hand-Washing Brush” option):

For an additional charge, the “Boot Cleaner with Dirt-Catching Tray” can be equipped with a sludge-collecting bucket, with or without an odor trap (see additional options).

The boot washer can be equipped with two side splash guards and a rear splash guard as an option. This prevents the area around the washing station, sensitive equipment, and people in the vicinity from getting wet and dirty from splashing water (see “Versions” section).

The water connection must comply with the regulations of the responsible water utility. The European standard DIN EN 1717 serves as the guiding principle, supplemented by national standards. The drinking water installation must be performed exclusively by a licensed specialist contractor. When connecting to the drinking water system, a system separator or pipe separator approved by the building owner must be used (not included in the scope of delivery).
