The stainless steel surface-mounted boot washer is installed entirely above the existing floor and is ideal for situations where a recessed installation is not possible. Depending on your needs, the unit is available with 1 or 2 washing stations (see options). Once connected to the water and drain lines, the system is immediately ready for use.
Cleaning is performed using sturdy sole brushes in combination with side-mounted cleaning brushes, which reliably remove dirt from the sole up to ankle height. Each cleaning station is equipped with 12 replaceable sole brush strips and 2 side brushes . For targeted additional cleaning, a water-fed hand brush is available on the left side, complete with a 1.5-meter heavy-duty hose featuring a quick-connect valve and a stainless steel spray nozzle.
The unit comes standard with a splash guard . The step height can be adjusted from 215 to 240 mm using the stainless steel leveling feet to suit local conditions. During the cleaning process, the powder-coated stainless steel handrail provides a secure way to hold on. The handrail also incorporates the self-closing valve for automatic water control as well as the CA system separator in accordance with DIN EN 1717.
The wastewater is collected in the stainless steel basin and drained through the horizontal NW 50 drain. The integrated sludge strainer and odor trap ensure hygienic and clean operation. The grates can be easily removed for maintenance and cleaning, providing easy access to all relevant areas. The water connection must comply with the regulations of the local water utility and must be installed by a licensed contractor. An electrical connection is not required.
