The boot washing station with hand-washing brushes is a professional shoe and boot washer designed for heavy-duty use in agriculture, butcher shops, or fire and police stations. The wash trough, made of 2 mm-thick stainless steel sheet, and the galvanized grating are extremely robust and designed for heavy, daily use. A version with a stainless steel grating is available for use in hygiene-sensitive areas (see options). Depending on the version, the scope of delivery includes 2–6 water-fed hand-washing brushes.
Compared to the boot washer with hand-washing brushes Multi-Grate boot washing station in that only a single water connection for all hand brushes needs to be provided on-site. Thanks to its integrated piping, this boot washer is also ideal for cleaning athletic shoes outside gyms or in the locker rooms of sports facilities. In addition to easier installation, the piping serves as a handrail for users of the boot washer and ensures stability.

To clean dirty boots, work shoes, and athletic shoes, place your foot on the grating of the wash trough. Then use the lever on the support bar to supply water to the hand-washing brushes. The stiff bristles of the water-fed brush quickly and thoroughly scrub the dirt off the soles, uppers, and boot shafts. Of course, the hand brush can also be used to thoroughly clean other pieces of equipment.
Wastewater is collected in the generously sized channel and directed to the drain. This significantly reduces the spread of dirty water and debris. The optional splash guards can further reduce the spread of moisture and debris (see Options). To prevent clogging of the wastewater pipes and the formation of unpleasant odors, the boot and shoe washing station can be equipped with a sludge collection bucket and an odor trap (see Options).
The use of high-quality stainless steel ensures exceptional durability and guarantees a long service life for the boot washer. The grating can be easily removed for simple cleaning . In addition, the system’s height can be adjusted to suit individual needs using the four adjustable stainless steel screw feet.

The boot washer can be equipped with two side splash guards and a rear splash guard as an option. This prevents the area around the wash station, sensitive equipment, and people in the vicinity from getting wet and dirty from splashing water (see the “Splash Guard” option).

For an additional charge, the included plastic hand-washing brush can be replaced with a high-quality stainless steel hand-washing brush featuring nylon bristles, a lever-operated quick-release valve, and a braided steel hose (see the “Hand-Washing Brush” option).

In addition, this boot cleaner can be equipped, upon request, with a mud-trapping bucket and an odor trap, which protects the drain pipes and prevents unpleasant odors from forming (see “Additional Options”).

The water connection must comply with the regulations of the responsible water utility. The European standard DIN EN 1717 serves as the guiding principle, supplemented by national standards. The drinking water installation must be performed exclusively by a licensed specialist contractor. When connecting to the drinking water system, a system separator or pipe separator approved by the building owner must be used (not included in the scope of delivery).
