LUX boot washing stations 1-3

These boot washing stations, made of 1.4301 stainless steel, can be configured for 1 to 3 washing stations, depending on the option selected. The corresponding lengths are 700, 1,400, and 2,100 mm, respectively. The boot washing stations are installed at ground level on the finished floor. This boot washer is ideally suited for use in smaller businesses in the meat and food industry.

Each boot washing station is equipped with a hinged grating mounted at an angle toward the front. A drain is located in the center of the unit’s floor panel. This drain is fitted with a removable sludge collection bucket and a trap. A chrome-plated shut-off valve with a pipe aerator and backflow preventer is mounted on a support bracket located behind each washing station. A water-fed hand brush is connected to this fitting.
The hand brush allows for the cleaning of boots, shoes, or other items that need to be cleaned.

Additional stability during use is provided by a stainless-steel support bracket attached to the unit. The units can be installed against a wall or freestanding. Thanks to the special water flow design in the support brackets, the units can also be installed facing each other.
