Multi-Grate boot washing station

The Multi-Grate boot washing station is a professional boot washing trough designed for wall mounting. Made of high-quality, 2-millimeter-thick stainless steel sheet , it is ideal for heavy-duty use in fire stations, police stations, butcher shops, or agricultural settings. The boot washer is covered by a large, galvanized grate. For use in hygiene-sensitive areas, the unit can optionally be supplied with a stainless steel grating (see options).

The boot wash station is available with washing stations for 2, 4, and 6 people (1, 2, and 3 meters in length). We recommend a width of 1 meter for every 2 people. If these standard dimensions do not meet your needs, we are happy to offer custom-made products with special dimensions upon request.

To clean dirty footwear, boots and shoes can be conveniently placed on the grating of the wash trough. Using hand brushes and externally supplied water , the shoes are cleaned quickly and thoroughly. The dirty wastewater is collected in the large trough and automatically drained away, preventing the spread of moisture and dirt over a large area. The boot wash trough’s drain can be optionally equipped with a sludge collection bucket and a trap (see Options). For additional protection against splashing water, the boot washer can be equipped with protective walls (see Options).

The boot washing station can be optionally equipped with two side splash guards and a rear splash guard. This prevents the area around the wash station, sensitive equipment, and people in the vicinity from getting wet and dirty due to splashing water (see the “Splash guard” option).

In addition, the boot washing station can be equipped, upon request, with a mud-trapping bucket and a drain trap, which protects the drain pipes and prevents unpleasant odors (see the “Additional Options” section).

The water connection must comply with the regulations of the responsible water utility. The European standard DIN EN 1717 serves as the guiding principle, supplemented by national standards. The drinking water installation must be performed exclusively by a licensed specialist contractor. When connecting to the drinking water system, a system separator or pipe separator approved by the building owner must be used (not included in the scope of delivery).
