The compact Desinfektion 240–400-volt sole and boot cleaning system ensures fast and thorough cleaning of shoe and boot soles in hygienic environments. This shoe sole cleaner is ideally suited for use in smaller production facilities in the food and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in healthcare settings. The sole cleaning machine is equipped with a round nylon brush and an integrated hand-washing brush. It is made entirely of high-quality 1.4031 stainless steel and features an extremely robust design. The sole and boot washer is suitable for cleaning all standard footwear in hygiene areas of production facilities and healthcare settings.

The boot and shoe washing station is started by pressing a button on the handrail. The employee then places their foot on the footrest above the round brush. The nylon bristles protruding through the stainless steel grate clean the soles of shoes and boots as the roller brush rotates. To ensure hygienically sound disinfection of shoe soles, the sole cleaner is equipped with a dosing system . The dosage can be adjusted to meet your individual needs and delivers the ideal amount of the cleaning solution-water mixture to the rotating brush. The soles of work shoes, boots, or clogs are thoroughly cleaned and properly disinfected in no time. The sturdy stainless steel support bar ensures a secure footing during sole cleaning.

In addition to the nylon brush, there is space to clean shoes and other gear by hand. The boot and shoe cleaning station is equipped with a water-fed hand brush for this purpose . This allows you to quickly and conveniently clean the dirty upper surfaces of shoes, boot shafts, and smaller pieces of equipment. The dirty water is collected in the Collection tray and drained off together with the wastewater from the automatic sole cleaning process.

To ensure maximum durability and longevity, this sole cleaning machine is made of the highest-quality stainless steel (1.4031). In addition to very low power consumption, the boot washer requires minimal maintenance. To clean the unit, the round brush can be removed very quickly in just a few simple steps.
