Work Shoe and Boot Washer—Built-In Version

The “Work Shoe and Boot Washer (Built-In Version)” can be installed at floor level or partially recessed. It features a stainless steel basin with a center drain and a trap. The stainless steel grates feature side brushes, sole brushes, and water spray nozzles made of stainless steel, as well as a foot valve for water control. A mounting bracket with a water shut-off valve and a system separator in accordance with DIN EN 1717 is also integrated. A water-fed hand brush enables precise cleaning. The unit is frequently used in the construction industry, horticulture, agriculture, and by emergency services.

With the 2 x 12 stiff sole brushes at each washing station and the 2 softer side brushes on the right side of the combination washer, work shoes and boots are cleaned quickly and thoroughly. Dirty boots and shoes are placed on the practical stainless-steel grates. After the signal—triggered by the foot valve—the stainless-steel spray nozzles mounted on the sides thoroughly wet the footwear all around with liquid. As the boots and work shoes rub against the floor or side brushes, dirt is effortlessly removed from the surface, revealing sparkling-clean footwear. The two stainless-steel handrails are positioned at the right height for a secure grip and ensure stability. On the left side of each basin and bracket is a water-fed hand-washing brush with a flexible metal hose. In addition, the double-basin washing system includes two automatic water shut-off valves that can be operated with one hand with ease. The “Built-In Version of the Work Shoe and Boot Washer” also features two certified BA system separators in accordance with DIN 1717 to maintain water quality.
The boot washer comes standard with an integrated Splash guard. A central drain located beneath the removable stainless steel grate in the center of the stainless steel basin—which features an integrated sludge collection bucket and odor trap—ensures smooth water drainage and prevents unpleasant odors from the drainage system. The drain is available in two versions: vertically with NW 100 or horizontally with NW 50. The center grate, like the 2 x 12 floor brushes of the boot washer, can be easily removed and replaced. This makes maintenance and cleaning particularly easy. The water connection must comply with the regulations of the local water utility and must be installed by a licensed contractor. No electrical connection is required.
