This stainless-steel boot cleaner can be installed partially recessed or flush with the floor. Once installed, it ensures reliable, thorough cleaning of all boots every day. Depending on your needs, the boot washer can be ordered with one or even two washing stations. Thanks to its extra-low-profile design with an installation depth of 90 mm, it can be installed extremely low-profile with the floor. In the center of the stainless steel basin’s floor is a drain with a sludge collection bucket and a trap, all made entirely of stainless steel. The drain has two versions: it can be installed vertically with a 100 mm nominal diameter or horizontally with a 50 mm nominal diameter.

All of the technical components—including the effective side brushes, sole brushes, and side water spray nozzles made of stainless steel—are housed in the easily removable grates of the boot cleaning system. Thanks to these robust components, boots are thoroughly cleaned from the sole up to the ankle. Above the grates is a support bar, also made of stainless steel, which ensures stability and facilitates quick use of the boot washer. Integrated into the support bar is the included self-closing valve for automatic water control, as well as a protective system separator compliant with DIN EN 1717 . The high-quality water-fed hand brush can be hung on the side of the bar, allowing for even more precise cleaning of boot shafts or other items.

The stainless steel low-profile boot washer truly comes into its own in fire departments, military barracks, and commercial and agricultural operations.

With its stiff sole brushes and softer side brushes, the“Stainless Steel Low-Profile Built-In Boot Washer”cleans boots and ankle-high work shoes thoroughly and quickly. Soiled boots are placed on the boot rest with the sole brush strips facing up. After manually activating the self-closing water valve , the stainless steel spray nozzles mounted on the sides above the side brushes thoroughly wet the footwear all around. The 12 floor brushes and 2 side brushes reliably remove dirt and debris from all types of footwear. Meanwhile, the powder-coated stainless steel handrail, positioned at the correct height, provides a secure grip and ensures stability. On the left side is a water-fed hand-washing brush, including a 1.5 m heavy-duty hose with a quick-release valve and a stainless steel rinse tube, to make boot cleaning even more customized and precise. Also integrated into the handrail is a certified system separator compliant with DIN EN 1717 to maintain water quality. The boot cleaning station is available in two different versions and sizes: with a single washing station or with double the capacity and two boot cleaning stations.

The boot washer comes standard with an integrated Splash guard. A central drain in the stainless steel tub—featuring a built-in sludge collection bucket and odor trap—ensures smooth water drainage and prevents unpleasant odors from the drainage system. The grates , just like the sole-cleaning brushes on the boot cleaning machine, can be easily removed and replaced. This makes maintenance and cleaning particularly simple. The water connection must comply with the regulations of the local water utility and must be installed by a licensed contractor. No electrical connection is required.

The boot washer is delivered on a pallet. It is delivered by truck to the curb. As an alternative, we offer our “Low-Profile Built-in Work-Shoe Washing Station,” which is based on the same cleaning concept and is specifically designed for work shoes.
