Access Control ECO

Equipped with a modern sensor system, the ECO hygiene station ensures that access to sensitive production areas is only possible with thoroughly disinfected hands. This hand sanitizer station ensures compliance with the highest hygiene standards in small to medium-sized production facilities in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

The ECO hygiene station with two-hand disinfection ensures impeccable hygiene thanks to the following features:

The ECO hygiene station is used as follows:

A red indicator LED on the Entry control device signals that the unit is ready for operation.

1. The employee places both hands into the two openings of the hand sanitizer dispenser. Sensors detect that both hands remain inside the dispenser at all times and trigger the sanitizing process.

2. Full-cone spray nozzles distribute the individually adjustable amount of disinfectant evenly over both hands. The optimal positioning of the nozzles ensures that the disinfectant reaches every part of the hands being disinfected. As soon as the sensors detect that hand disinfection has been successfully and completely completed, the indicator LED changes from yellow to green.

3. The sturdy stainless-steel turnstile is unlocked. The employee can walk through the vandal-proof turnstile and enter the hygiene area with perfectly clean hands. The status LED then switches back to red to signal to the next employee that the turnstile is ready for use.

To make it easy to store the desired hand sanitizer, the entry control hygiene station is equipped with a canister holder. The hand sanitizer dispenser is made entirely of stainless steel (1.4031) and stands out for its exceptional durability and long service life. The high-quality craftsmanship ensures that this entry control can withstand the rigors of daily use by many people in professional settings.

Instead of the standard version with a built-in hand disinfection dispenser, the entry control unit can be supplied with a hand soap dispenser upon request (see Options). In addition, a base frame is available that allows the entry control unit to be mounted as a freestanding version (see Options).

The ECO hygiene station is ready for installation; however, the price does not include the siphon, backflow preventer, gaskets, small parts, or installation.
