With the extremely compact, stationary all-in-one hygiene solution— the Hygiene Station for Soles and Hands —hands and shoe soles can be optimally cleaned and disinfected at a single station. This cleaning system incorporates all the elements of a complex hygiene station within a very small space. A mandatory sequence ensures that all employees have completed every cleaning and disinfection step before they can enter the protected hygiene area. This Hygiene Station is ideal for small to medium-sized production facilities in the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, or institutional food service that must comply with strict hygiene regulations but cannot install a full-scale hygiene station.

When an employee approaches the Hygiene Station, the red LED indicator lets them know that the system is ready for use. The Hygiene Station can be easily accessed via the slip-resistant, removable stainless steel step. The employee stands on the stainless steel grating of the sole cleaning module throughout the entire cleaning and disinfection process. Sensors trigger the rotation of the roller brushes when the employee steps onto the unit. The bristles of the high-quality nylon brushes protrude through the grating and scrub all dirt from the soles. Water and disinfectant are automatically dispensed onto the brushes at the desired concentration. The exact runtime of the sole cleaning device can be adjusted to meet the individual needs of each facility.
While the soles are being cleaned automatically, the employee washes and disinfects their hands in the following steps:
Step 1: The touchless, sensor-activated soap dispensers dispense the preset amount of soap onto your hands.
Step 2: After the soap is dispensed, water begins to flow automatically into the sink for the preset time. The employee can then thoroughly wash their hands in the wash trough. All used water is collected in the stainless steel water trough and automatically drained. The risk of water spillage is reduced to an absolute minimum thanks to the spacious design of the hand wash basin. Once the fresh water flow has stopped, the LED indicator changes from red to yellow.
Step 3: The paper towel dispenser attached to the Hygiene Station allows you to thoroughly dry your hands after washing them. Used paper towels are disposed of in the wastebasket located on the side.
Step 4: After drying their hands, the employee places their hands into the two openings of the hand sanitizer dispenser. Two sensors ensure that the hands remain in the device at all times and trigger the hand sanitizing process. Full-cone spray nozzles coat the hands with sanitizer from all sides. The exact amount of sanitizer dispensed is also preset according to the facility’s needs.
After successful hand disinfection, the indicator light turns green, and any connected electric door opener is activated to allow entry into the hygiene area. The LED indicator then returns to red, and the next employee can enter the Hygiene Station.
