Concrete Shoe Washing Trough

This shoe-washing trough is ideal for quick, easy, and convenient shoe cleaning in outdoor facilities with a small number of users. This shoe washing station is ideally suited for use at school grounds, sports grounds, soccer fields, military bases, maintenance yards, etc. With this washing trough, all types of outdoor shoes can be cleaned quickly and easily. Whether soccer cleats, combat boots, hiking boots, tennis shoes, athletic shoes, work shoes, or rubber boots: With this concrete boot washer, even heavily soiled footwear becomes clean in just a few moments.

The wash trough is made entirely of concrete and is therefore extremely sturdy and weather-resistant. The grating is made of galvanized steel and can be easily removed for cleaning the unit. The washing station features an integrated back panel that serves as a splash guard and also houses the water supply line and faucet connection. Our accessories include a wide range of faucets and hand-washing brushes that are perfectly compatible with this shoe washer.

This boot and shoe washing station can accommodate one person, who can comfortably clean their shoes on the grating. Coarse dirt on the soles can be removed by scraping them against the high-quality grating. Using water from the faucet and a brush, stubborn deposits can be quickly scrubbed off athletic shoes. This allows several people in a row to quickly remove dirt and grime from their shoes before it is tracked into indoor areas such as clubhouses and administrative buildings.

The shoe-washing station consists of a single-piece concrete element cast in one pour. A galvanized steel grating is embedded in the foot area. The water connection and all piping are recessed into the Splash guard wall and are therefore hidden from view. The standardized faucet connection offers additional flexibility, allowing for the installation of any faucet or hand-washing brush of your choice. Of course, multiple units can be set up side by side if a single washing station is not sufficient.

Notes:

• Pipes and wash arms must be flushed before the system is put into operation.
• A fine filter can be installed in the supply line.
• The pipes must be drained when there is a risk of frost.
• Faucets are not included. Under “Accessories,” you’ll find a selection of faucets and scrub brushes.
• Prices do not include on-site preparatory work, installation, or transportation. Installation must be performed by a local plumber or construction company.
• Before installation, the customer must install the foundation/support structure, water connection, and drain with a sediment trap.
