With this high-quality shoe and boot washer, we offer an ideal solution for efficient and convenient shoe cleaning at outdoor facilities. Whether at a school, sports field, military base, farm, or nursery: This shoe washer quickly and thoroughly cleans even heavily soiled hiking boots, work shoes, athletic shoes, military boots, and soccer cleats. The shoe washing station prevents dirt from being tracked into locker rooms and other indoor areas of your facility. Thanks to the wraparound splash guard, the system can be easily installed near buildings or walkways, as there is no risk of dirty splash water coming into contact with building facades or passersby.

Since this shoe washer is made of reinforced, formwork-smooth concrete, it is characterized above all by its great sturdiness and durability. The removable grating cover is made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel, which can be easily removed for maintenance of the unit. The built-in shoe rest bar, made of hot-dip galvanized steel profiles, ensures a comfortable posture and optimal stability while cleaning shoes.

The splash guard surrounding the Shoe washing station is available in the following four different versions: for 2, 4, 6, and 8 washing stations. The water supply line is integrated into the concrete formwork on all models and can be installed on either the left or right side. Depending on the selected option, 2–4 faucet connections (1/2″) are embedded in the concrete back wall. This allows for a free choice of faucets and hand brushes. Also available in a frost-resistant version. Includes a stainless steel back panel that is bolted on (see options). Water lines and connections are to be provided by the customer. Plumbing components must be installed on-site by a qualified professional.

For the 2- and 4-station models, the drain can also be installed on the left or right side (standard: centered). The versions with 6 and 8 cleaning stations have two drains, one on each side. The drains are equipped with a drain liner (NW 100) at the factory.

Notes:

• When placing your order, please specify whether the water inlet and outlet should be positioned on the left or right.
• For models with 2 and 4 wash stations, please also specify where you would like the drain to be located
• Hoses and wash arms must be flushed before use
• Max. line pressure: 5 bar
• Install a fine filter in the supply line
• The line can withstand a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar. If the pressure is higher, a pressure-reducing valve must be installed on site.
• If there is a risk of frost, the pipes must be drained
• Faucets are not included.
• Prices do not include on-site preparatory work, installation, or transportation. Installation must be performed by a local plumber or construction company.
• Before installation, the foundation/support structure, water connection, and sewer connection with a sludge trap must be installed on-site.
