The Continuous-Flow Boot Cleaning Machine enables quick and thorough cleaning of soles and boot shafts with minimal time and energy. The machine is designed so that a large number of people can enter and exit rooms in the shortest possible time. The rotation of the round brushes is triggered by a sensor when a person steps into the sole cleaner and stops again when they step out. As the boots rub against the rotating floor and side brushes, the soles and shafts are cleaned quickly and thoroughly. The integrated injector ensures an optimal mixing ratio between water and the cleaning agent during boot cleaning. Adjusting the dosing nozzle changes the mixture of water and cleaning/disinfectant. A handrail permanently mounted on both sides ensures a steady footing at all times as users walk through the boot washer.
The Continuous-Flow Boot Cleaning Machine is available in two different versions (see options). The standard version is designed to clean both the soles and shafts of boots simultaneously and is equipped with 3 side brushes and 2 floor brushes for this purpose. Alternatively, we offer a version designed solely for boot shaft cleaning. This boot washing system is equipped only with the three side brushes and is particularly well-suited as an additional cleaning step following a continuous-through sole cleaner.
