The high-quality yet affordable modules in the Basic Series were designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses. The BASIC hand disinfection hygiene station is ideal for businesses with 20–30 employees per shift. The hygiene station enables quick and thorough hand disinfection and shoe sole disinfection for employees without causing significant backlogs at the start of a shift.

This disinfection station consists of a tamper-proof two-hand hand disinfection system combined with a turnstile that is unlocked only after hand disinfection is complete. A light signal indicates that hand disinfection has been successfully completed and that the stainless steel turnstile has been unlocked. While undergoing hand disinfection, users pass through a walk-through sole cleaner at a commercial hand wash sink. Two horizontal, rotating round brushes, covered by a stainless steel grating, ensure quick and thorough cleaning of shoe and boot soles. As the user walks through the continuous-flow sole cleaner, the nylon brushes are moistened with an automatically dispensed water-cleaning solution. The rotation of the brushes is triggered by a sensor when the user enters the hygiene station.

At the end of the shift, once this function has been specifically enabled, employees can pass through the turnstile system without having to undergo hand disinfection. The secondary sole cleaning prevents contaminants generated in the production area from being carried into your facility’s employee lounge. The walk-through shoe sole cleaner is triggered by a sensor.

The hygiene station is made of high-quality, finely polished stainless steel. It is extremely robust and therefore ideal for intensive use during long operating hours with high staff traffic. In case of emergencies, the sanitation station is equipped with an emergency stop button and an emergency stop toggle switch, which immediately stop the machine and unlock the turnstile in both directions to allow for rapid evacuation.

The BASIC hand disinfection hygiene station is delivered fully assembled and ready for connection; however, the siphon, backflow preventer, gaskets, small parts, and on-site installation are not included in the price. Installation is very simple—just follow our instructions—and can be performed, for example, by a local plumbing company. The unit is delivered on a pallet by truck to the curb.
