To perform hand disinfection, employees first place their hands into the hand-cleaning module. There, their hands are thoroughly washed with water and a detergent dispensed automatically. Their hands are then dried with a folded paper towel from the built-in dispenser. The used paper towel can be disposed of in the built-in wastebasket . Once their hands are dry, the employee then places their hands into the hand sanitizer dispenser. Using sensor-controlled spray nozzles, both hands are thoroughly sanitized from all sides. Only after this process is fully complete is the sturdy stainless-steel turnstile released, which is indicated by a red-green LED display.

Throughout the entire disinfection process, the user walks on a grating through which the nylon bristles of the sole cleaner protrude. When an employee enters the hygiene station, the walk-through shoe sole cleaner is automatically activated by a sensor. The rotation of the round brushes and the automatic dispensing of disinfectant thoroughly clean and disinfect the soles of shoes, boots, and clogs. The soles of shoes and boots are also thoroughly cleaned again when leaving the production facilities. In this process, the turnstile is automatically unlocked by a sensor without the need to clean one’s hands again.

The hygiene station is equipped with several canister holders for disinfectants and cleaning agents for the hand and sole cleaning modules. To prevent splashing and the spread of moisture, the sole cleaning system is equipped with splash guards on both sides. Removable steps are located before and after the system to allow for convenient and safe entry. A sturdy stainless steel handrail ensures a secure footing throughout the entire cleaning process. Furthermore, the cleaning system is equipped with an emergency stop switch that immediately halts the machine and unlocks the turnstile on both sides to allow for rapid evacuation.

This hygiene sluice is made of finely polished stainless steel. The nylon brushes on the sole cleaning machine can be quickly removed in just a few simple steps, and all functional components are easily accessible, which reduces maintenance and cleaning efforts to a minimum.

Installation is very simple—just follow our instructions—and can be performed, for example, by a local plumbing company. The unit is delivered on a pallet by truck to the curb.
