The BASIC continuous-flow sole cleaning machine was developed for daily use in hygienic areas of larger food and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Thanks to its efficient cleaning capacity, this continuous-flow sole cleaner is ideal for production facilities with high employee traffic at the start of shifts and during shift changes. Using a forced-guidance system, this sole-cleaning system ensures that all employees enter and exit sensitive production areas with shoe soles that meet strict hygiene standards.

Upon entering the cleaning station, a sensor automatically triggers the rotation of the high-quality nylon brushes. Employees walk across a grating through which the bristles of the round brush protrude, scrubbing all dirt from the soles of their shoes and boots. Thanks to the integrated canister holder and the automatic metering pump, the optimal amount of disinfectant is applied to the soles of shoes and boots via the rotating brushes. The walk-through sole cleaner is designed for use in both directions and reliably cleans employees’ soles as they enter and exit sensitive production areas.

The handrails mounted on both sides provide a secure grip during sole cleaning. To prevent water splashes and the resulting spread of moisture, the sole cleaning system is equipped with splash guards on both sides. In addition, there are removable steps before and after the system for convenient entry and exit from the sole cleaning machine.

The continuous-flow sole cleaner is made entirely of stainless steel with finely polished surfaces. The round brushes can be quickly removed in just a few simple steps, and all functional components are easily accessible through maintenance hatches. This reduces maintenance and cleaning efforts to a minimum.

The BASIC continuous-flow sole cleaning machine is delivered fully assembled and ready for connection; however, the siphon, backflow preventer, seals, small parts, and on-site installation are not included in the price. Installation is very simple—just follow our instructions—and can be performed, for example, by a local plumbing company. The unit is delivered on a pallet by truck to the curb.
