The NASS-TROCKEN 700 sole cleaning sluice is designed for use at entrances to sensitive production areas in industrial facilities. It is particularly well-suited for removing oils and other lubricants from shoe soles. Using the patented ProfilGate Go brush system, the soles are mechanically cleaned by angled brush strips as people walk through. The addition of cleaning and disinfecting agents provides chemical support for the sole cleaning process.

To prevent liquids from being tracked in, the ultra-absorbent DryPad in our ProfilGate Dryzone System ensures that shoe soles are thoroughly dried after shoe disinfection.

The unique design of the NASS-TROCKEN 700 sole cleaning mat requires the user to take several steps across the cleaning area. The stainless-steel side rails provide a secure grip and ensure that the user walks the full length of the cleaning area.

The patented ProfilGate Go brush system uses its angled, high-quality bristles to remove all debris from shoe soles. The addition of cleaning and disinfecting agents ensures thorough and hygienic cleaning of the soles. The level of the cleaning fluid in the stainless steel base tray determines the type of cleaning. When the liquid level is above the top edge of the grate, the soles undergo an intensive wet cleaning; when the level is below the grate edge, the soles are merely moistened thanks to the capillary action of the bristles. Completely dry operation without liquid is also possible.

The NASS-TROCKEN 700 sole cleaner sluice also effectively prevents liquids from being carried into other areas of the facility. This is ensured by ProfilGate Dryzone, an ultra-absorbent, high-performance nonwoven fabric stretched over a special stainless steel grate. The micro-serrated textile fibers actively absorb liquids such as water, emulsions, oils, and the like from the soles through capillary action.
