The continuous-flow sole cleaner Trocknung PLUS can be used to dry wet boot and shoe soles quickly and efficiently. Using this sole dryer prevents moisture and residual dampness from being carried into sensitive areas. This cleaning system is ideal as the final step in a hygiene station, after shoes have been wet-cleaned using a disinfection basin or a traditional shoe sole cleaner, to prevent the resulting moisture from spreading.

To thoroughly dry moisture, this walk-through shoe cleaner is equipped with two rotating round brushes fitted with soft, special bristles . The user steps onto the stainless steel grating mounted above the brushes, through which the bristles of the round brushes protrude. As the brushes rotate, the soft, specialized bristles remove moisture from the soles of the shoes. An integrated brush scraper collects the moisture from the brushes beneath the grating. The sole cleaning machine is activated by a sensor control system, and the duration of the brush rotation can be individually adjusted.

To ensure the highest level of safety, this sole dryer is equipped with a handrail on both sides, providing employees with a secure grip while drying the soles of their shoes and boots. Two non-slip steps are attached to the unit to ensure users can enter and exit the system comfortably and safely. In addition, the Sole cleaner is equipped with an easily accessible and clearly visible emergency stop switch. The entire unit is made of high-quality, stainless steel. For easy maintenance and cleaning, all components are accessible through maintenance hatches. Furthermore, the brushes can be removed and replaced in just a few simple steps without the need for tools. If needed, three different canister holders for sole cleaning are available as accessories (see below): 24 L wall-mounted, 24 L freestanding, and 20/25 L lockable.

The continuous-flow sole cleaner Trocknung PLUS is delivered fully assembled and ready for connection; however, the siphon, backflow preventer, seals, small parts, and on-site installation are not included in the price. Installation is very simple when following our instructions and can be performed, for example, by a local plumbing company. The unit is delivered on a pallet by truck to the curb.
